Since there are so few copies of this book (even digital copies are sparse) I am reuploading a backup here.
I recommend searching for "social entrepreneurs" in your local area, monitoring local community initiatives (the places where these people congregate) and keeping an eye on the instrumental people (who often operate under the cover of harmless "volunteers")...
Check their resumees, their academic background, etc. It should come as no surprise if it turns out they have been trained as social entrepreneurs (change agents) and are connected to the United Nations / WEForum in some way (be that on university level, or in economics).
